About F.E.S. Land Surveys
  F.E.S. Land Surveys is a Christian land surveying business owned and operated by Dwayne M. Hefner. Mr. Hefner purchased Feddersen Engineering & Surveying (thus the F.E.S.) in January of 2000. Feddersen Engineering and Surveying first began operation in 1976 in Tomah, Wisconsin. We now operate from 27437 Killdeer Avenue, Wilton, Wisconsin 54670.
    I have had up to 4 employees, but due to the headache of dealing with governmental paperwork, and incompetent and untrustworthy personnel, I now work alone. I have a small list of regular clients and will take new clients in the Vernon County, Monroe County and Juneau County areas. Under certain circumstances I will work in Crawford County, Jackson County and La Crosse County.
   I have surveyed all over the World, all over Europe, the US, the Caribean and Korea while in the US Army (1982-1994). In Wisconsin since 1994. Surveyed for two weeks in 2004 in India, 2 weeks in 2005 in Ghana, and 2 weeks in 2006 in Cambodia all of these were voluntary for engineering Ministries international, a Christian Organization - find out more with the link to the right.
   I have the most modern surveying equipment and AutoCAD software available and the expertice to use it.
