About What It Is
A good idea of design can not communicate by itself. It needs a
visualization to make the objectivity reach
its target: people.
Unfortunately,
most of those people are not experts.
Sometimes they pretend to be one, act like one and
try to convince other people to believe that they are
experts. However, the real problem is still, they are
not experts in many ways to appreciate a design.
Simply,
they do not understand designs.
What most people are able
to appreciate is, a drawing - or a visualization
of a design.
So, a drawing would be
essential for a design to communicate with its
target: those very people.
Furthermore,
a good drawing is not necessarily explain all the
weak point of a design. Instead, it should hide
cleverly, all the weak points and emphasize the best
sides.
In
my long career, I learned that even an experienced
architect could not help himself influenced by the
drawing while appreciating a design.
Even
though I myself, the artist, I understand designs
better by visualizing them.
So
to say, appreciating the drawing of a good design is
just like how we taste a delicious food of a good
recipe. A good cook always needs to taste while
cooking. And ask people to taste after it is served.
The pride is for the cook.
It is of the same pride an
architect has.
This is the art of an
Architectural Rendering or a Perspective Drawing.
It is the pride of mine.
