- The Queen of Surrey is the almost-identical sister ship of the Queen of Oak Bay. She is one of the 5 C-class ships.
- The current Queen of Surrey was not the first Queen of Surrey in the BC Ferries fleet. From 1974 until 1980, the present Queen of the North was named Queen of Surrey.
