Special Notes:
- The Queen of Burnaby has been renamed 3 times in it's 37-year history. She has been called, Queen of Burnaby, Royal Victorian, Princess Marguerite III, and Queen of Burnaby again.
- The Queen of Burnaby is the same as the V-Class ships, without the upper car deck. Her sister ship is the Queen of Nanaimo which is the only other original V-class ship which was never lifted.
- Since being bought back to service for BC Ferries, the Queen of Burnaby has operated on the Powell River - Little River (Comox) run.
- The Queen of Burnaby can be differentiated from her sister, the Queen of Nanaimo by the additional outside passenger-space on the top deck just behind the bridge as can be seen in the above photograph.

1968 | Platform decks were installed on the car deck to increase capacity. |
1970 | A 84-foot section was inserted into the middle of the Queen of Burnaby after it had been cut in half. This increased it's vehicle capacity by 86 and passenger capacity by approximately 20. |

1997 | The Royal Victorian switched hands again, this time being leased to Seattle-based Clipper Navigation Inc. and renamed Princess Marguerite III. |
2000 | The Princess Marguerite III is bought back by BC Ferries and given back her rightful name, Queen of Burnaby. |
