| Nov. 18 I just had a thought. Every mood or action I have/do in a day resembles a Lord of the Rings character. Here's the format: Name of character-Action/Mood-Why it reminds me of the character ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Frodo-mad/around my crush-too angsty to hang around. Sam-in chorus class-happy to do what I do and loyal to it. Pippin-in Language Arts-too confused to do anything right, even though I know what I'm doing. Merry-in Science class-mischevious and pretty clever. Aragorn-after Gym class-extremely dirty, and yet very proud I made it through the class. Legolas-in the shower-overcome by the amount of haircare products. Gimli-in Math class-overcome by pride and stubborness, sometimes leading to stupidity. Boromir-in Drama Club-clever, but sometimes overcome with evil urges. Bill the Pony-reading Terry Pratchett-soaking in every minute of adventure, but oblivious to some key points. Gandalf-with my cousins-wise and wonderful. Saruman-with my friend Kat-partially evil, but only by influence. Sauron-with my friend Sophie-pure evil. | December 24- Hello to all!!!!! Yes, Christmas is tomorrow. Merry Christmas to you all. Also, Happy Hanukah (including me, so ha!), Jolly Kwanzah, and Happy Holidays in general, 'cause I can't remember the others I found out existed in Lang. Arts. To the people that actually celebrate them (I do!!!!!), Merry Entmas and Happy Hogswatch!!!!! To the point of this entry, I SAW LORD OF THE RINGS: THE RETURN OF THE KING YESTERDAY!!!!! I AM SOOOOOOOOO HAPPY *does happy dance.* It was sad though! [To people that haven't seen ROTK yet, please skip the next 5 sentences.] I mean, Denethor and Gollum and Theoden had to go and die, not to mention Frodo left forever into the Grey Havens. | December 30-
I was in a very bad mood when I had to go to the supermarket with my dad. I was in a very, very bad mood indeed. So I decided to do my I-am-very-evil-not-to-mention-I-have-a-twitch-in-one-eye-and-now-I-am-staring-at-you routine with innocent bystanders. Not that I have a problem with innocent bystanders. If they are In-duh-viduals, however, they are fun to mess with. So I did my routine and I think I scared the stuffing out of 5 people there. Then, we were pulling out of the parking lot when we heard a screaching noise behind us. We turned around and realized that we had never put away the shopping cart, so it was behind the car following us. Eventually, we got out of the way and the shopping cart ran into a snow bank. Very odd, but at least I'm not in a bad mood anymore. At least, until I see the people I scared the stuffing out of again, hehehe... -Sirius Orion Black II and other nicknames P.S. Saw the Golden Globes last night. The Lord of the Rings and Angels in America kicked major film-making butt!!!!! That was the good part. The bad news, Johnny Depp didn't win Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture- Musical or Comedy!!!!! Evil Bill Murray! Even though Murray rocks, but still!!!!! My science project is due this Friday, and I'm almost done. I've told a lot of people that, "Cousin Petie's gonna be a puppet!" and no one (or at least, almost no one) understands this, as I tend to go into a fit of giggles. Well, I can type and giggle at the same time, so I might as well post it here. My cousin Peter, as I've told some, does the whole singer/pianist deal in a style that's kind of like Harry Melborne. Or is it Barry Osborne? No, he's a producer, but you get my point. Think jazz and blues mixed. Well, he was cast in a movie about some singer (whose name, I believe, is Harry Something-or-other; I can never remember last names) in the '20's or '30's. He's not the Harry guy, but I think he's the manager. Well, I found out from Mum that he's gonna be in Spiderman 2! There's some scene where there's a pianist, and he's the guy. It's all too confuzzling. On jerrythefrogproductions.com (the fact that the site is down is not my fault, people!) there is a Spiderman puppet show and a place reserved for the Spiderman 2 puppet show. I think it's a small part, so I don't know if his right as a puppet will come, but if it does, it will most likely be something along the lines of what would happen when Haldir talks to Legolas in a parody (like Helldear and Legoblock, for the few that can understand that.) And in, just to review stuff and because we have nothing else to do, we get to watch The Hobbit dubbed in Spanish in *drum roll* Spanish class!!!!! It's an odd movie that scarred me for life during the last two weeks of 5th grade (people I know that are in my grade: You know what I mean when I say "scarring"), it will be amusing. I wish we could watch Lord of the Rings in Polish for no particular reason whatsoever. I saw the Polish ROTK trailer and it is hilarious. That was besides the point. What really, really stinks is that I'm pretty sure I have to go to rehearsal tomorrow for a play I'm in, while I have to audition with the Madrigal group I'm in and on my own (Kat, I know you started singing songs from Les Mis�rables just now becuse of previous three words, tee hee) for a recital thingy for the administrative staff in the building. We had school off yesterday because of a watermain break! O well, it was supposed to be a half-day, anyway. I finally saw Les Mis�rables! Not at the theatre it's playing at, but the movie. If you have a choice between seeing the play and seeing the movie, for goodness sake, see the play! No one sings their prettiful songs in the movie, not to mention the storyline's flawed. But the worst thing of all is the symbolism. I could've sworn I had seen it before when I was watching. In the beginning (like at the Bishop's house, for example), Jean Valjean looked like a cross between Qui Gon and Richard Simmons. When he was the Mayor, however, he looked like Faramir. A very *twitch* French Faramir. I'd rather like it if I could just stop there (so I won't offend anyone *COUGHkatCOUGH*), so I shall.
