Drivetrain
I plan to do a completely custom mercedes. The car will have an american V8. Probably a small block Chevy. The transmission will also most likely be a manual chevy.
Chopped and Sectioned
My most drastic customizing comes in the bodywork. I plan a 2 inch sectioning of the body and a 3 inch chopped top. This will lower the car's profile overall but also eliminate the body line where the side trim goes changing the car's appearance dramatically.
The bumpers will also be shortened along the length of the car. the backglass will also be filled with steel and painted and the "fins" on the trunk will get a slight exagerated look.
