Shipping costs
Australian orders are sent by Parcel Post, unless Express Post is requested
(at applicable rates). Overseas orders are sent by Air Mail.
Payment and Currency Conversion
We do not have credit card facilities.. We accept cheques or money
orders drawn on Australian banks, or overseas money orders and bank drafts IN
AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS ONLY made payable to FERNDALE STUDIOS. The actual exchange
rates and conversion fees will be those used by your cheque
or money order provider.
Import Duties & Taxes
You are responsible for any import duties and/or taxes
that may be levied by the government of your country on shipments from
Returns Policy
Damaged or faulty products will be
replaced with stock of the same item, or the purchase amount including original
shipping and handling costs will be refunded, providing the faulty product is
returned to us within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a
replacement or refund in the event of abuse of the returns policy.
