We drove from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon National Park, crossing the Mojave Desert, located close to the border of Arizona State and California. It is definitely a spectacular desert landscape. |

After a long drive, we finally arrived at the Grand Canyon National Park, in Arizona State. No photograph can describe the thrill of standing on the canyon's rim and feeling its sheer immensity. We had the chance to see the sunset there and it was gorgeous: it seems that the earth tones change as the sunlight disappears! Very beautiful! |

The autumn is special in the Rocky Mountains (Colorado State). Maybe mother-nature blessed that land, because the beginning of the autumns there, when all the trees' leaves start changing their colors, is extremely beautiful! We visited Telluride city and Aspen Ski Resort in Colorado State, but Ouray was the place we chose to stay for a few days (because that's where Fernanda's first American family lives). It was our last stop before going back home after such great vacation. |
