Eliminated of all technic and methodology, a scientific study will eventually go up to the philosophical study, on considering its original motivation and the evoluting history. However I think, the pure philosophical study has no meaning for the human itself.
So do not constrain too much on the result, or be too perfectionist/greedy in your mental achievements.
