| Located on the Eastern tip of the Arabian Penninsula, I found The Sultinate Of Oman. It was in short a very pleasant surprise as I found a certain kinship through my Maltese heritage to the Omani people. I loved this charming country. |

| Even the landscape was identical to Malta above the water and beneath -that's why I got a few dives in while I was there. Here I am pictured above getting ready to climb aboard the dive boat just outside of Muscat, the capital of Oman. |
