| First cut around the humps and BELOW the place were the refector used to be. This step is just ment to get things out of you way. |
| It should look something like the picture to the right at this point. |
| Now cut off about two inches of the back section. MAKE SURE THAT IT IS A STRAIGHT CUT you will be useung this piece again. There is a crease in the plastic, that is were you cut it. |

| Now cut another piece about two inches wide. The back of the piece is even with the knobes on the bottom. Try and make this cut straight also. Leave the screw holes on the plastic as shown in the picture. |

| Now trim the left over peice so that it looks like the picture on the right. I used a bench grinder but you can use anything. Use the license plate bracket to drill the second hole. |
