*One way is Linear Combination!!!!!!!!!
*~*Linear Combination is when you add 2 equations to find the values for the variables of x and y!
~*~The one thing you have to remember with Linear Combination is that you have to cancel one variable out!
Ex.~
2x+y=16
+ x-y=-4
3x=12
x=4
x-y=-4
(4)-y=-4
-y=-8
Y=8
*The second one is Graphing!!!!!
~*~Graphing is where you put the equations in slope intercept form!!
*~*Slope intercept form is when you solve for Y!!!!!
Ex.~
-2x+y=-1 -------> y=2x-1 >
x+y=5 ----------> y=-x+5
*The third one is Substitution!!!!!!!!!!!!
~*~Substitution is when you use something to take the place of a variable!!!!
Ex.~
| x-2y=-11 | -4x+y=2 |
| x=2y-11 | -4(2y-11)+y=2 |
| x=2(6)-11 | -8y+44+y=2 |
| x=12-11 | -7y=-42 |
| x=1 | y=6 |
