Point Slope form

y - 4 = 2( x - 0)
Slope-Intercept form
y - 4 = 2x - 0
y = 2x + 4
Standard form
-2x + y = 4
2x + y = -4 |

substitute for the variables
distribute the 2 to the x and 0
add 4 to both sides
Subtract 2x from both sides
Multiply both sides by -1 to make the 2x positive |
