Send reply to: felvtalk@MailingList.net Dear Lynn, My stray mamma cat recently had 4 kittens (no, sorry no more kittens please! Not until I get a bigger house!!!). I never noticed anything like that (the white stuff) and they are about 8 weeks old now. I suggest calling a vet but I will look in some of my cat care books and see what I can find. Good luck!! Are you going to keep the kittens? I myself want to do one on our babies, Esp for Rubin, but I do not have the time yet to find out how to do it. Godd Luck with it and with all your "children" Gina ---------------------------------------- From: GinaTex@aol.com Date sent: Sat, 6 Jun 1998 14:28:22 EDT To: felvtalk@MailingList.net Subject: Re: updates Send reply to: felvtalk@MailingList.net Barb The kitten sounds so cute, Nicholas is such a sweet name. Just get angry at yourself if you make the same mistake twice. Never look back, never "what if" yourself. Always forward. When I think of Panther, I truly view him as a mysterious being somehow more than a cat but less than (or at least, different from) a human. Yes, my tears have slowed some, especially since school began last week (it's a great distraction). I still visit his grave almost daily and cry some then. My personal beliefs question the concept of reincarnation, so I am hoping he will come back to me and I will know it. I have also made some promises to myself about not blaming myself for the many mistakes I made (in retrospect) but rather learning from them and applying what I learn to the rest of the animals and future ones. Thanks for your concern; I truly appreciate your caring. Nancy ---------------------------------------- Date sent: Sat, 6 Jun 1998 11:57:37 -0500 (CDT) From: "Nancy A. That's so sweet! And I never got to express to you my joy that Chaz has converted to negative. That is GREAT! I hope you will have both dear cats for a long, long time. nancy ---------------------------------------- Date sent: Sat, 6 Jun 1998 12:00:05 -0500 (CDT) From: "Nancy A. As you know, cats can do fine being blind, but it's the other stuff that is really worrisome. My best for his long, long, long life! I don't think we've "tapped" into many of the talents of dogs and cats yet. Nancy ---------------------------------------- From: "Lynn or Josiah Stickels" To: "felvtalk" Subject: Stuff??? Date sent: Sat, 6 Jun 1998 14:17:49 -0700 Send reply to: felvtalk@MailingList.net Well, checked mamma and babies and they all look fine so I'm not going to worry about it. It was just something I had never seen before. My vet probably wouldn't know either.:) Thanks for all the advice. I appreciated it!.................Lynn(Stinker) ---------------------------------------- END
