Because of all the FELV cats I have had and still do have, I'm wondering if she might have FELV. Other than the teeth, she is fat, has a great appetite and is asymptomatic. What I am wondering is if I let her undergo a teeth cleaning and be subject to being "put out," could that possibly bring out the FELV? I would appreciate any opinions on this. Thank you. Teeth was a major topic of discussion with my vet on Saturday. I guess cats do a pretty good job on the indide of your teeth, but we need to get the outside at the gumline and especially the back teeth. I got a finger brush and some kind of dentrifice so I can stay on top of Chloe's teeth. They are perfectly fine now, and I want to keep them that way. By the way, what did you vet say about retesting Chloe?
