Why join the band?: I didn’t join it I created it! I wanted to take my fascination in music further because I was working on my game and thought of music for it (1999) so I got out ‘Music’ (a music game) and created a few things with it. Then I became obsessed about these games and bought five other music creation games. Anyway, in 2001/02 I became friends with Mark Crighton. He became my inspiration for the band because he told me that he made songs up in his spare time.

Why the name ‘Felonik’?: Don’t ask me, ask one of the other band members. I only came up with the ‘K’ in ‘Felonik’. I think it’s from the word ‘felony’ which means to commit a serious crime.

What does the band really mean to you?: The band is part of my life now. Most of my spare time is dedicated to the band. It means a heck of a lot to me because it's amongst friends

What do you hope in the future in terms of the band?: I hope that we do have a future together. I don't want my songs that we have created to go down the drain. I just want us to become popular (in a good way) and to have a taste at fame. I have been trying hard doing this for 3 years.

Comments about progress of Band: Since the day that we regrouped for a second time there have been tremendous outcomes; We've managed to get at least two songs into practice and we are now beginning to perfect our skills. We have more experiance when it comes into practicing and stuff.

Comments about progress of self: Well, my singing is going a bit better. I think it blends well with the intruments. Not to sound too big-headed but my singing has got much better than it used to...

Personal ideas for improving the style of the band:I honestly don't know what our style will be in future, at the moment it's not a big deal about looks. To me (nowadays), it's all about the style of music which to me fits into punk sort of music mixed in with orchestral arrangements provided by synth keyboards.

Personal ideas for improving the attitude of the band: Teach them that this band can be very successful if we all put the effort in. Convince them that they can have a future with the band if they concentrate and work hard on it. All the members are still improving on timing, skills and are bringing in their own "unique" qualities to the band.

Personal ideas for improving the attitude of self: I have put a lot of effort into the band logo, songs, website and meetings. I have began to understand the full potential of this band and I’m trying to draw that out of the other members. Most of the others are starting to understand so maybe I could just show them what we can be over the course of a few years.

Are you worried about the first gig: I would be lying to you if I said no. Of course I'm worried, we haven't learned all the songs by heart. We still have a long way to go so maybe we'll get something sorted out in the meantime. I just hope that we are going to be ready for our first gig..........
