The great thing about lavis is they lvl fast as hell till 100. After that they get kind of slow but there still, In my opinion, one of the faster lvling chars. Ok here we go.
1-25:
ALL DEX. Yup that�s right every single BP you get needs to go into dex. When you get 25 you�ll get silver bow and your 1st necklace. With those 2 pieces of equipment you can take thugs, cyborgs, and jesters with no trouble at all.

25-50:
Here is were I started on str and pwr. What I did was got 50 str. This is enough to carry sufficient food. After you get 50 str you can start on pwr. I stopped on pwr at 170. Then you add more dex.

50-75:
Guess what you should add here? ALL DEX. Yup again here�s another lvling block that will be all dex. With going all dex now youll be killing things pretty fast with the bow you�ll get. And you won�t have to worry to much about dieing. Muties can cause some trouble, just stay away from them.

75-100:
ALL DEX again. Need those bows :D

100-110:
110 should be your goal with this char. Go all dex again till lvl 110. At this lvl you�ll get the almighty GS bow. Now it�s going to start to get a little slow in lvling, because you can�t take snipers yet. But it�ll get better as you get used to it.

110-200:
This part of your lvl experience will be mostly all pwr. But you will need a little more str and some spr(for sleep). I would go for 106 str. You won�t be able to carry to much but it�ll be enough to lvl off of. Now go all pwr till you get 1670 pwr. After that raise your spr till you get 250 of it. This will put you at lvl 200, which is when you get the sleep skill. My advise from here on out is Sleep all commies. They suck, and since you can�t carry that many pass and food you don�t want to be slowed.
