Woot!!! Finally, an update
to my guide. Yeah, I know its been long
overdue. I didn't really think it was necessary until last patch. Much has
changed since I last wrote this guide. For one thing, poison pills were widely
available; now they seem extremely hard to come and/or extremely expensive to
purchase from another player. However if you think you can manage to get a
poison pill, its suggested to use a gun for the first
400 levels. Only comment on leveling with a gun, is
use either a strength ring or a spirit ring (a power ring will be of little use
to you). This current guide be for wand stats only.
The only problem is that I never used wand to level in my lower levels, so my
advice might be a bit inaccurate. I realize the leveling with wand in lower
levels is not the best way to go, but unfortunately I doubt many will have a
choice in this decision. In the matter of Kitaras now
being able to use a single ring now, I would say in most cases a strength ring
is the best choice; especially in places where restocking is a bit of a trouble
(Sahara Dungeon 1&2). However if your leveling in a place where restocking
food is not a major inconvenience (Downtown areas, Himalayas, Signus,
etc.), id use a spirit ring just for an extra little boost. Comments and
suggestions are gladly welcomed.

Don't use a wand
right away. Its best to use the first level gun (Sig
P) for the first few levels while you build up strength and power both up to
50 (your stats should be 50-10-10-50). Afterwards start raising your spirit
enough to 1 hit robbers (lvl
20 stats 50-490-10-50). Raise your power to at l00-150 depending on how safe
you want to feel when you're fighting thugs and add rest to spirit. On a side
note the first level wand requires you to have 500 minimum spirit,
so the first 25 levels can be a bit rough.

Keep raising spirit enough to 1 hit thugs (lvl 29 stats
50-685-10-100). Raise your power to at least 300 and increase strength to
100. Add spirit to be able to 1 hit jesters. Raise
your power up to 800 and add rest to spirit to be able to 1 hit Dragon
Infantry.

Continue raising spirit to 1 hit mutats ( 2370 base spirit + Elemental Wand of Earth) and
continue raising it to 1 hit spy3 (not sure on exact number but not much more
then mutants). Raise your power to at least 1000-1200 and increase strength
to 200. Avoid fighting snipers until you have at least 1000 power, but even
then they are incredibly dangerous (note: you will not be able to 1 hit
snipers until your past level 200; just suffer through it). You'll probably
want to stay leveling at backyard from 100-150; afterward you might want to
try to level in downtown 1 to see how you fair. If your honor isn't red
already, I suggest you change soon. Increase spirit to 3880 (just enough to 1
hit commandos with Mistress of Vampire at level 200) add rest to power.

Use spirit ring so you'll be able to 1
hit commandos. Focus next 100 levels mostly on power
until you have at least 3000 base. Its not suggested
you level in DT 4, because occasionally you'll come across an esper; your too weak at these levels to fight them right
away. If you want to level in Sahara levels 300-400 change your honor to
blue, otherwise keep going red. Add spirit. Increase strength to 300 and
spirit to 4135.

Change honor to blue. Goddess of Mercy
will speed leveling up a little bit (or at least make these 100 levels more
bearable). Don't worry about being able to 1 hit espers
(its not possible to do safely at this point). These
will be your hardest levels. Its not suggested that
you try to level in Sahara dungeon until level 400. Ghost will will be very ineffective on the monsters there. It
would be worth the risk of leveling in the Sahara, just be careful of espers and TNT's.Your main
focus should be on raising your power to able to survive Sahara Dungeon 1 (4500-5000) minimum.
Afterward increase spirit.

Your main
goal for the next 100 levels is increasing your spirit. Somewhere along the
line I suggest increasing your strength to at least 500 and power to 5000.
When your able to 1 all but androids and minotaurs without the use of a wand, you might try to
level with a sword just for the extra defense.

Put all of your points into spirit. If
you feel it necessary, add additional points into strength. Use a strength
ring for dun2, and a spirit ring for Himalayas. If you don't have red honor by now,
I would change very soon.
Next few hundred levels should be in
preparation for leveling on the signus maps.
Firstly raise spirit to be able to 1 hit all monsters except for the ones on Signus (with the use of a wand). Increase power to at
least 8000 and strength somewhere around 800-1000. Keep raising your spirit
because signus requires quite a bit to be able to 1 hit with just regular equipment. If your fortunate enough to have signusrares and/or uniques, you
might have a relative easy time on Signus;
otherwise its a very dangerous place for a kit to level.
Where does a level 900+ kit level? Anywhere she pleases of course =P. Well as far as I
can tell Sky City maps are not really a great place for kits to level if
they're unaided by power pellets. Id raise my spirit
to be able to 1 hit on signus (with spirit ring and
Sun Wand) and add rest to power. Some things you should realize by now: Kits
are not very well suited for PvP situations, and
people will constantly ask you for eggs. Kits are the funnest
chars to play with for that fact I think. Well just my 2 cents ^___^
