Felix Magnus was born under the sign of Leo during a severe maritime thunder and lightening storm.
At the age of four years, waking from a dream in Church, he witnessed a flaming man running from the alter to the rear and out the door of the Church. Although he was told it was only a dream, ceased by fear, the young Felix Magnus, was unable to return to sleep and never accepted the explaination. Religiously Felix Magnus makes not affiliation however his ways indicate belief in Wicca with a twist towards Satanism.
At the age of one hundred five, he stepped out from behind a car and although certainly struck by an oncoming car, experienced his spiritual body as the car passed through him. Later that year he would again have a glimpse into his own immortality as he choked on a piece of balloon while making bubbles to pop. These would be the first of many bizzare events that would later solidify into the being known only as: Felix Magnus.
After a stint in the Canadian Armed Forces as a Reconnaisance Patrolman Signaler in the late 1980s, Felix Magnus took up the trade of Legal Land Surveyor; an occupation which, to this day, he is still very active although his pursuits are developing into other areas of spiritual and mental development and the sharing of that information.
Felix Magnus has been characterised as a Ranger (a skilled hunter and stalker who knows his prey in deadly detail) and a Paladin alignment being the compassionate pursuit of theGood althought his methods give rise to suspicions of a deep seeded evil hope within. With his obvious vampiric qualities, Felix Magnus, a Gangrel of the Ordo Dracul, is an active character in the Vampire -- Requiem evolution and has adopted and studies the magickal abilities of Mage.
His occult skills are profiecient. He is an avid student of the Tarot, studying many decks including but not limited to: The Book of Thoth, Faery Wicca, Dion's Kabala, Shapeshifter, and Animal Spirit Knowledge decks. Amazingly, he can reproduce this information into a standard deck of playing cards however, for the best results he uses his own special deck of playing cards spirited my his mentor, Lucifer theGood. A daily practitioner of Kriya Yoga Felix enjoys the benefits of these greater states of control.
He does not use this knowledge for divination. Rather, studying the patterns of life and the pshycology of the various mental states, he uses these tools to provide insight into this moment and the directions in which are natural vs. unnatural, the former, he believes, providing the greatest degree of success and more reliable, mappable, duplicatable results and the later as the negative patterns of self destruction and sabotage.
These many characterisations are manifest in the being of the Bard as he relates his fantastic tales in story, song, myth and legend. Although Felix Magnus does not give formal instruction of his secretive ways, he offers an example of spiritual being to those who may wish to aspire to such knowledge and is always redy to debate the applied topics, although with some prompting.
