Smeg-it! It's a fun spaceship. The Star Bug 2's detail pretty much my own imagination, but it's close enough to infringe on the copywrite. |

Star Bug 2 is made from large plastic globes from gumball machines. Smaller globes support the landing gear. |
|
Red Dwarf's Star Bug doesn't have guns on the front, but I couldn't resist these mandibal-like blasters and their contribution to the bug-like appearence. |

Star Bug 2 is lit with six 1.5 volt mini lamps and the power supply plugs into the underside. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
The globe hulls are plated with Evergreen strips and decorated with a few parts from an old battleship model. |
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
The engine lights glow more red than they appear here and there is an entrance hatch right up the old wazoo. |
