I always liked the Leonov from 2010, but all I had was a fuzzy video tape to try to figure out what it looked like. |

The ship is about five inches long. A 1/4 inch Evergreen tube makes up the spine. |
|
The rest of the ship is made up of Evergreen strips cut into little tiny pieces. |

OK-The large dish, on the main mast, I did steal from a Glencoe model kit. |

The detail is layered of different sizes and shapes, and bears little resemblance to the actual Leonov- |
|
|

but the overall effect is nice. |

|
|
|
|
|
The front and rear sections were the hardest to get clear pictures of, so those are mostly guesswork. |

The thrust reversers on the engine section do fold back- I wish I could have recreated the "Baloot" effect. |
