Pedigree:
The breeder warranty is that the pedigree of the cat here before described is exact at the best of his knowledge.
However, the breeder can't be keep responsible for mistakes committed by other breeders on previous pedigrees.
Selling price and payment mode:

A deposit of ($__________________) must be given at the time of reservation.
The buyer must be paid the residual amount of ($______________) in money or by certified cheque or money order when he takes possession of the animal.
If the buyer does not take possession of the animal within one month after the foreseen date , the contract
will be canceled completely.
It's agreed that for all cancellations of contract the deposit will be totally
keep by the breeder in settlement of damages.

Sales conditions:
The buyer undertakes to have done the sterilization of the animal at the age of 4 to 9 months.
This animal is sold as a companion cat (pet) and is on a total non breeding agreement.
If this condition is not respected, the kittens will be come the property of the breeder who posses the reproduction rights of this animal.
To receive the signed copies of the CCA (Canadian Cat Association)or CFA(Cat Fanciers Association)for the registration of the animal, the buyer
undertakes to give to the breeder a medical certificate signed by a veterinary
who specified that the animal was sterilized.
This animal must not be declawed.
Resale of the animal:
If the buyer decides he no longer wants to keep the animal or if he can't or for whatever reason he can't assure the care or dispose of the animal according to the conditions of this contract,
he must advise the breeder. If the buyer has owned the animal for less
than three months, the buyer agrees to give the animal back to the breeder immediately.
As compensation, the breeder could pay a sum of money up to the amount of
half the purchase price of the animal.
After a lelay of three months, the breeder could, totally depending on the breeder, take back the animal
and settle with the buyer for an eventual compensation
or try to help the buyer find a new owner for the animal.
If the buyer sells the animal to an other person, he must give the name, the address and all other pertinent informations to the breeder.
All clauses of this contract stay valid for the new owner.
Cat Shows:
The breeder doesn't give any warranty in relation to the performance of the animal in cat shows other
than the assurance that the animal is of the quality that was here before written.
Warranty:
At the best of his knowledge at the moment of the sale, the breeder
declares that the animal is in good health. If the buyer see any sign of
sickness in the 72 hours following the taking over the animal, the buyer
must inform the breeder immediately to maintain the warranty on the animal.
After consultation with the breeder, and if it's necessary the buyer must go to the veterinary clinic with the animal as soon as possible.
The buyer must obtain the agreement of the breeder for the choose of the
Veterinary clinic before the consultation. If there is really signs of
viral diseases that can be in a latent stage in the days before the
take over of the animal, the breeder will paid the consultation and any
medications. In any case, the paid amount by the breeder won't be able to
exceed the sailing price of the cat or the amount that the breeder would
have paid for an equivalent treatment to his usual veterinary clinic.
In all other cases for example: if there has been carelessness of the buyer
or if the animal injured himself, suffers from stress at his new home,
provoking any problems, the consultation will be paid by the buyer.
The health warranty is available for the first year of life of the animal on the physical malformations and the congenital diseases that can put the life of the animal in danger.
The breeder judges himself, at this time if he replaces the animal by
another of the same quality, refunds the buyer or if he compensates him
partially, according to the gravity of the animal's sickness. It is the owner responsability to prove the congenital disease by medical report of autopsy.
In the case of dead, the animal must be submitted to an autopsy at a well recognize place as soon as possible. Moreover, if the animal die at a vetenary hospital, the buyer must obtain a death certificate sign by the veterinarian related the object of the consultation and the treatment give to the cat.
In any case, the warranty can not exceed the purchase price of the animal.
