Kiki is a 13-year old witch. When a witch turns 13, it is traditional for her to move away from home to spend a year in another city or town where there is no witch already living, so that she can learn to be independant and practice her trade.

This is Kiki's story of the beginning of her year away from home. She and her black cat Jiji run into a little trouble at first, but they soon make friends in their new city by the sea.

Finding herself a beautiful seaside city of Korico, Kiki sets up a flying delivery service, to take advantage of the only magic she knows - flying a broom.

Her biggest challenge comes when Kiki loses her magic. Flying, which was as natural to Kiki as breathing, no longer comes so easily to her. A friend tells her that talent is something that you are given, and you have to go through a process to consciously make such a talent truly yours.

Meowmie has not watched this series but it is very well-known and sounds like fun. Luna was sent to the moon as an advisor to Queen Serenity and aide to the Princess. After the fall of the kingdom she was re-encarnated and sent to earth, then it was her mission to reunite the Salor Scouts.

Luna is a highly intelligent talking cat and motivates the unmotivated Serena. She has the memories of the Moon Kingdom and can sort of show Serena a little bit.

The setting is a Japanese looking village named `Little Tokyo' where the Pizza Cats run a pizza fastfood business. Little Tokyo is populated by all kinds of animals. The official governor of the town is the Emperor, but since he has gone bananas a council takes care of the well-being of the village. One of the members of this council is called Seymour "Big" Cheese, who secretly wishes to take over control of the village.

For a cast, we have our three heroes: Speedy Cerviche, Polly Esther, and Guido Anchovy.
