We 're well into our Oral History projects. The theme of our stories is compassion, character, or values.  Books are due NEXT TUESDAY, January 31st!
Congratulations to our Reader's Digest Word Power Challenge Finalists:  Chevy Coonsis, Joshua Samson, Nikki Tsabetsaye, and Levonia Cellicion!  They took the final challenge on the 19th.  Their entries have been sent to Reader's Digest.  Great job to the rest of the students who competed for the finalist position!
Book order forms were sent home. If you would like to order books, send in your form with your payment (no checks please; let me know if you would like to order directly online).  I will place orders on Fridays, as long as there is at least $20 of orders requested (otherwise we are charged extra).  We get new forms every month.
