THE GENIUS OF JOSÉ FELICIANO
To describe José's new CD could take for me quite some time because there is so much variety in this Cd,from the light Jazzy rendition of "Eleanor Rigby", to the great romantic rendition of the Beatles song "I wanna hold your hand".
The most romantic song on the album for me is a song that José
sang last year in Londen at the Jazz cafe "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face", when I hear it I can"t keep my eyes dry, it's going into each vain of my body trough my heart and soul.
The song "Fill up the night"
I would describe as for me like some musical song but forgive me if this is not correct,my English isn't that GOOD.
Then we talk about some of the instrumentals on the album, such as "Porto de'll Amore", where we here José at his best the recognizable guitar playing,which is present al over the album.
Last but not least the beautiful romantic "Red Sky" when I listen to it I dream away to a warm beach with palmtrees and nothing else than peace.
All in all this is a great new album, I would say José is showing us a side that we never heard before from him. I love it and I would recommended to everybody to have it in his/her collection.
