FELICIANO PARTICIPATES IN THE INAUGURATION OF THE GOVERNOR OF PURTO RICO
In January 2001 José participated in the ceremony to inaugurate the govenor of Puerto Rico by singing "The Star Spangled Banner". He also played a part in other celebrations surrounding this event.
