Gabriel Carver
Portrayed by Albert Reed
Alana: "Gabe, I'm not going to lie.  A part of me misses you and wishes I had of walked down that aisle."
Gabe:
"Would you still say that if Diego was here?"
Alana:
"I know I shouldn't have cheated on you and I just hope you'll forgive me of that some day but I do still love you."
Gabe:
"If you loved me so much then you should have walked your ass down that aisle instead of falling into bed with him.  Forgiveness I can give you but trust isn't a luxury you deserve anymore."
Character History
Gabriel Carver, another one of my weaknesses.  Gabe started as an idea of Jamie's through written creativity, unlike most of our characters.  We tried having two different worlds going on at the same time: one we acted out over the telephone while the other we attempted to write about through character letters to one another.  The goal of this was to have a written diary of sorts of the conversations for future references and book ideas.  Well one of the teenagers Jamie had created was Gabriel.  We discussed the lives of the letter characters so much that we were itching to bring them into the world we had on the phone, plus we couldn't keep up with all the letter writing.  Thus, Gabe was introduced to the inhabitants of L.A as Lucas Xavier's son.  Lucas already had Gabe as his little boy, but in the L.A fantasy he was a five year old toddler.  The new Gabe was a sixteen year old hearthrob who my girls just ADORE.  I think it's a combination of his looks and his personality: Gabriel doesn't consider himself God's gift to women and he has a very modest attitude about himself.  There's nothing sexier to me than a man who's extremely attractive but doesn't act like it.  After we got rid of some characters and changed families around, Gabriel went from being an Xavier to a Carver.  No matter what his last name is, he'll always be my baby.
