Location: on the way to Muktinath...

If u notice, this picture was taken on a horse (by Yours Truly of course).

Having had three days of horse-riding lessons b4 the trek, fiddling with my camera whilst steering the horse was nothing really...compared to getting the useless horse to RUN!

In all we rented 4 horses for two days to go up and down between Muktinath and Jomsom. Initially, I was given a lazy cum weak horse that barely moved despite my kicking. In desperation I exchanged it for Karki's (my ever patient guide)

In the last fifteen minutes, I rode the sole brown horse that proved to be THE dream horse.

From then on, I spoke horse and dreamt horse for 3 full days. The joke was that I finally found my STUD!

Location: just b4 Gosaikund Lake

Unfortunately, due to multiple, almond-sized blisters, I couldn't participate in the 2nd trek to Gosaikund in the Langtang region.

The girl in the picture is my older coz who travelled with me. I left her my camera b4 we split up.

I went white-water rafting instead :)
