"To My Ladies Of Cabin 28"

With so little privacy,
I was surprised I survived the full 2 months.
You were all so caring and understanding,
Cheerful and alive,
And sometimes just down right crazy.
We pulled through all the mishaps
Such as the overflowing toilets
And the falling shower curtains.
We got into fights,
But the rivalry never lasted long.
In times of distress,
Whether it be over a guy
Or something that happened at home,
We were always there for each other,
Comforting one another,
Giving a shoulder to cry on,
Or lending an ear to listen
To what the other has to let out.
Although we are different on the outside,
We are all the same within our masks.
Beautiful masks they are!

Stephanie, Karina, Meredith, and Morgan,
Libby, Lia, Briana, and Meghan,
Liz, Irene, Johnna, and Casey,
And last but not least, Laurel,
Whom I was a bunkmate slave towards,
You have all become my close friends,
My sisters - My Ladies of Cabin 28.
