Hello, my name is Jenny Maltby , I am currently learning to show parti Cocker Spaniels.
I have owned and raise cockers in the past; however, none of them where of show type. They had much less of a coat and looked more hunting type. I had a wonderful little Black and Tan female that lived with me until 9 years of age. She would go with me on horseback trail rides and stay with me for 20 miles a day.
When I lost her in 2000 I didn't know if I wanted to get another cocker, but I just couldn't stay away from the breed. I started looking again for either a Parti or Roan puppy to show. I was so excited to find a nice little Brown Roan & Tan male to learn with. |

I looked for many different puppies from many breeders trying to find one that knocked my socks off and had to have it. I wasn't looking for specific sex. I knew when I found the puppy for me I would know. Then when I found a litter of 4 puppies bred by Connie Watson of Rocky Top Hearts , I fell in love with the only Chocolate Roan in the litter. The other puppies where 2 Blue Roan males and a solid Chocolate Female. |
