4.. When you have made it, its easiest to make on a paint program, youve probably got ms paint, its the bestest and easiest! You dont have to be a graphic designer or a html expert, you just have to make it! If you want to put it in your userlookup just neomail me (mimi_2009) and ill give you the code!!!
5. It doesnt matter if its crappy like a plain blue one with your name in green letters! You could put a picture of a neopet on it or something! lolz
