| SOFT PRETZELS 4C Flour 2 tbsp Sugar 2 pkg Yeast 1 tsp Salt 1 Egg, slightly beaten Kosher salt 1-1/2 C Warm water Disslove yeast in warm water in mixing bowl. Add sugar, regular salt, and flour. Knead 5-8 minutes or until smooth. Shape pretzels and place on cookie sheet; brush with egg and sprinklekosher salt on. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. |
