Butter Rich Roll and Bread Dough

1 cup water
1 large egg
3 1/4 cups bread flour (I use regular flour)
4 TBS sugar
1 tsp salt
3 TBS dry milk
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast (I use one package)

egg glaze
1 large egg, beaten
4 tsp water

Prepare dough. (let machine mix and rise for one raising). Put dough on floured board. Divide into 3 sections. Shape into loaves. Place into 3 greased 5 1/2 x 3 inch loaf pans. Put galze on dough. Cover, let rise about 40-60 minutes until double. Bake at 375 for 25-35 minutes for a traditional loaf.

I let the machine mis it up, then I pull it out after first rising, shape and put into a pan. Makes great bread, rolls, sweet rolls (roll out, add butter and cinnamon sugar, roll up and cut into slices).
