Sweet Potato Pecan Bread (Bread Machine)
3/4 cup water
3 Tablespoons butter
3 Tablespoons powdered milk
3/4 cup mashed sweet potatos
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups flour
4 Tablespoons rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 pinches nutmeg
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
3 Tablespoons raisens
1/2 cup pecans
Place in your bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
***We often just put this on the dough cycle and then make rolls. They come out very soft.
