Set bread machine on dough or make by hand

2                         Eggs
1/2 tsp                Salt
3 tbsp                 Butter
3 tbsp                 Sugar
1 C                     Milk or Water
3 C                     Bread flour
1 pkg(2-1/4 tsp)  Dry active yeast

Bread Machine:  When cylce is done seperate into two loaves. Let raise for 30 minutes.

By hand:  Place yeast in warm water; let set for 2 minuts.  Add dry and knead until smooth.  Let rise for 1 hours and punch down.  Seperate into 2 loaves. Let rise for approximatly 30 minutes. 

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

VARIATIONS:  
ROLLS
After dough has raised the first time, seperate into rolls and place on cookie sheet.  Let raise for 30 minutes and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
