CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE
3 C dry biscuit mix
1 1/2 C sugar
1/2 C all purpose flour
3/4 C butter, softened
1 t vanilla
1/8 t salt
6 eggs
1-8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
(optional) 10X sugar, whipped cream & fruit

Beat all ingredients, but 10X sugar, whipped cream and fruit, in a large bowl on low speed for 30 seconds. Scrape bowl frequently. Mix on high for 4 minutes, scrapping bowl occationally. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350� for 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes. Turn pan on wire rack, cool. Remove pan. Let cake cool completely.
Sprinkle with 10X sugar, and garnish with whipped cream and fruit if desired.

I use the "bisquick" mix from the recipe here for this recipe. This is a wonderful cake! When I am happy I bake, and this has become my new favorite. It is really simple and moist. Hope you enjoy this.
