1 Cup Unsalted Butter - Room Temp
2 Cups Sugar
3 Eggs, Beaten
2 Cups Unbleached Flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Cups Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
Preheat Oven to 350. Grease 10" Bundt Pan
Cream Butter with Electric Mixer until fluffy. Add sugar and eggs, beating continuously. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Stir in small amounts of flour and sour cream alternately until all mixed. Add vanilla. Bake 45-60 minutes.
