VEGAN CINNAMON BELGUIM WAFFLES

Ingredients: 2 cups of whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of cinnamon(If benzoet free use 1/2 teaspoon of all-spice, I do)
2 1/2 cups of soymilk
4 Tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla

*Mix all your dry ingredients together in a bowl and then add your wet ingredients. Mix well. Pour 1/2-2/3 cup of batter into a hot greased waffle iron and cook. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with 100% maple syrup.
