SPINACH PIE

2  Crust          Pie
1-10 ounce   - Frozen boxed spinach, thawed out and drained
4  tbsp             Grated cheese (or more,if desired)
4                      Eggs
8 ounces         Shredded  mozzarlla

Mix up all ingredients together and put in pie shell. Cover with top and pinch edges.  Cut slits in top; bake at  450 for  40-45 minutes.
