| Broccoli Stir Fry
1 1/2 lbs. broccoli 2 T peanut oil 2 T soy sauce 1 t cornstarch 1 T honey 1/4 t ginger Stir fry broccoli in oil for 5 minutes. Mix soy sauce and cornstarch in small bowl. Add honey and ginger. Pour over broccoli and cook till it thickens. Serve over rice. My kids actually ate this yesterday! I couldn't believe it. I was so amazed that I just had to share. We got a George Foreman Grill this weekend and I made the "Tokyo Grill" meat recipe and added this broccoli stir fry as a side dish. It was great! |
