CRISPY CHEESE POTATOES
32oz bag frozen shredded hash browns
1/4 cup chopped onion
16oz sour cream
1.5 cups chicken flavored white sauce
1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups crushed corn flakes (I use cracker crumbs)
1/3 cup melted butter

Mix all ingredients except butter and corn flakes.
Combine butter and corn flakes (or cracker crumbs)
Spread potato mixture in 9x13 pan.
Top with crumb mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
