| BEST SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes 1/3 c. butter, melted 1 c. sugar 1/2 t. salt 1/2 t. flour 2 eggs, beaten 1 t. vanilla Topping 1 c. pecans, chopped 1 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. flour 1/3 c. butter, melted Mix souffle' ingredients. Put in greased casserole (square) dish. Mix topping ingredients and spread over souffle'. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. |
