| EASY SCALLOPED POTATOES 8 large potatoes, peeled and sliced 14 slices Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 pinch ground black pepper 1 cup milk Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2 Layer the bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish with potatoes. Cover the potatoes with a layer of cheese, followed by a light dusting of flour and pepper. Repeat the layering process until all of the ingredients are used up. Pour milk over the entire casserole. 3 Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) until the potatoes are cooked and the cheese is bubbly. |
