| VEGETABLE LO MEIN 1 onion sliced 1 Tablespoon of minced garlic 1 cup of Brocolli floretts 8 onzs of fresh mushrooms sliced 1 zuchinni sliced and halved 1 can of sliced water chestnuts 1 can of baby corn sliced into chunks 1 teaspoon of ginger 1-2 Tablespoons of soysauce 1 Tablespoon cornstarch toss in a handful of peapods *Cut all your veggies per instructions. Cook your spagetti and drain and set aside.Steam fry your veggies in just a little water(cook your zucchini last). Add your soy sauce,ginger and the garlic.Cook until your veggies are crisp-tender. Mix your cornstarch with just a little water and stir together with a whisk. Add to your veggie mixture and stir until your sauce is thick. Add your noodles and toss to mix. Add more soysauce to taste. |
