3 cups sweet potatoes cooked peeled & mashed
2 eggs
1/3 c approved margarine or butter
1T vanilla
1/2c milk
Topping: 1 cup brown sugar
1/3cup flour
1/3 cup approved marg. or butter softened not melted.
1 cup finely chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
mix all ingredients together & pour into greased 13x9 pan
top with topping. bake at 350 for about 25 to 30 mins.
