TORTILLA

2 C      Flour
1 tsp.   Baking powder
1 tsp.   Salt
1/2 C   Shortening
3/4 C   Water

Sift dry ingredients; cut in shortening.  Add enough water to make a soft dough. Roll out thinly onto floured surface.  Cut into 5 inch rounds.   Bake  on a slightly floured pizza pan or cookie sheet at  350 frequently turning until light brown.
