QUICK CREAM OF TOMATO SOUP - STAGE 1

2 quart               Vegetable Juice
                           Salt & Pepper to taste
1/4 C                   Butter
heaping 1/4 C    Flour
                            Milk ( optional)

Bring juice to a boil; add salt, pepper, butter.  When butter is melted use a  whisk to stir in flour.  Cook until thick.
