| EASY CHEESY BROCCOLI SOUP 2 c. frozen broccoli 3/4 c. water or chicken broth 1/3 c. cream 1 c. finely shredded cheese Cook broccoli in water or broth until soft. Process in blender until smooth. Add cream. Pour back into pan and return to low heat. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add more cream if you want a thinner consistency. I doubled this to feed my crew of 6. Low carb! |
