CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP

1-1/2 Cups chicken broth
2-4 tbsp. flour
salt & pepper to taste

heat chicken broth until bubbly. In a small bowl place 2 tbsp. of flour and enough water to form a paste. Add 1/2 cup broth to paste and stir until smooth. Place flour mixture into boiling broth and stir. Broth should thicken. If not thick enough repeat process again. Salt and pepper to taste.

If this is being used in recipe as cream of chicken you want to get it pretty salty..

Makes approximately 1 condensed cans worth
