| PORK SAUSAGE Ingredients: 1 -lb ground pork(you could also use ground turkey) 1/2 teaspoon of Morton's Nature Seasoning 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic 1 tablespoon parsley 1/2 teaspoon basil a couple of pinches of soy/tamari sauce I mixed this the night before and let it sit overnight in the refridgerator to let the seasonings blend.Then fried it into patties the next day for breakfast.This was an exsperiement that got a complete thumbs up in my house when we couldn't use the medium and higher salycilate spices anymore.If your wondering about the parsley I just added it to give some color flecks to the sausage(call me lame LOL) This is a tastey lighter tasting sausage but also has a little kick from the tamari and basil and black pepper . |
